Being a BIG Iranian aviation fan, I had to start building myself an IRIAF collection. I’ll be first building Iran-Iraq war veterans and after that proceed to the types currently in use by IRIAF.

great build! only one small detail.. IIAF F-4Ds were early F-4Ds that did not have the IR sensor under the nose… they should be smooth like an F-4J/S nose.
Small detail though, Phantoms wear southwest asia camo very well!
It is true what you say, but there were 8 F-4Ds that were sent to the US for upgrade in 1978 and they received IR sensors and ZotBox laser designators. Only a few survived as they took heavy losses during the first LGB strikes of the war.
