I can slowly see the light at the end of the tunnel. This previous week I have completed the canopies and I am now onto painting the missiles.

Canopy interiors were first painted in dark green, then the details picked up with Interior Turquoise green. Rear canopy received side curtain blinds.
The whole canopy interior just slides into the clear canopy piece, giving you that perfect beefed-up heavy canopy look.
Rearview mirror on the front canopy and forward facing periscope mirror were created of kitchen aluminum foil – thin and highly reflective, they give a decent recreation.
Canopies completed. Pink sealant was applied according to reference photos.
